Shipping & Refunds Policy
All items ship out as quickly as possible, usually 1-3 business days from the order date. Factors such as delayed logistics may impact delivery times. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number to keep tabs on where your order is.
If the item arrives damaged, you have within 24 hours to contact us ASAP.
For any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a regular-priced purchase, you have within seven days to contact us to request a refund. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded. Items on sale are final.
When a customer asks for a return, it is best to donate the item, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
